Delivery and Returns

All deliveries are made within the mainland UK or Northern Ireland.
For international deliveries please get in touch for a personalised postage quote.
Standard delivery: Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery £3.99
Express delivery:   Please allow 1-2 working days for express delivery, ordering before 3pm £5.99


Whilst we hope that you love your order, occasionally things go wrong. If you are not completely satisfied please return the product in its original condition within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase for a refund. PLEASE NOTE: all products must be returned un-used and un-opened in their original condition. Returns of opened cosmetic products will not be accepted unless deemed faulty (to be determined by the manufacturer).


How to return items to Tan Angel:
1. Email or use the contact form to our team at Customer Services to notify us that you’re sending something back and obtain your returns code and address details.
2. Please pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Kindly note that we are only able to refund goods that are returned to us in their original unopened form and in a re-saleable condition.
3. Please obtain proof of posting when returning goods for refund or exchange.
4. All returned goods will be examined upon receipt as, for reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed. During busy periods, please allow a minimum of 5 working days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed.
Your payment for the goods will be refunded by Tan Angel as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods and usually within 5 working days.


Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. In addition to our returns policy you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may also exercise this right if you are able to return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.
